I know for me personally, I’ve always been the little sickling or aching and hurting in some way. I always have a bottle of aspirin with me, loads of vitamins and allergy pills. My friends always laugh and call me a “pillhead” but I guess now I can be a “pill head” in style with these stylish looking things.

A few month’s back when I decided to go on a diet I turned to Weight Watchers. I was still stuck catching up on bills and such so joining Weight Watcher’s was a mere luxury expense and as much as I wanted to try it, I knew I couldn’t afford it.
For an online account to track foods eaten and Weight Watchers Points would be about $30 or more a month. Not to mention, if you are using a Firefox browser, the entire WeightWatchers.com site does not support it and there was no way I was going back to Internet Explorer (but that’s a whole other issue.)

A few weeks ago after a dental cleaning appointment, it was apparent to them that I was still not brushing efficiently enough for their standards. I’ve always had this problem since childhood. It was not so much a problem of what I ate, it was just how I was brushing, and with my hectic schedule I tended to rush through the teeth brushing process and miss spots here and there that needed more attention.
They suggested I get an electric toothbrush. It sounded expensive, but after I left the dentist’s office I decided to go price some and see what kind of investment I would be making by getting an electric toothbrush.
