I’ve just been checking the sponsored emails for a few weeks. I’ve been slacking a little bit on trying out any new sponsored offers because of this new class I’ve been trying to get the niche for. Hopefully once I do my Christmas shopping online this week, I will get some cashback for shopping through their qualified stores.

As everyone knows, drinking water is good for you. Not many people would agree because water…is just water. My Dad buys the flavored water all the time and once in a while when I’m feeling frisky I will get a box of water flavoring packets to enhance my water drinking experience. Here’s another thing that will look good and be environmentally friendly for you:
SIGG Water Bottles.
Not only are they stylish looking but it saves you money on buying bottled water and it’s good for the environment because you can reuse them, thus making less plastic waste to throw into your local trash mountain aka dump.
I can’t wait to get one of these to take to the gym with me. The prices range in the $20’s but if you compare that to how many bottles of water you drink in a week, your saving a bundle.
I recently stumbled upon Yenny’s blog and I really like it. I’ve visited it frequently since I’ve found it on the web. She’s a stay-at-home mom of 2 and her blog is awesome.
YennyGirl is celebrating her 3 year blogaversary with a very nice contest, so be sure to visit her site to get in on all the fun!
Here are the PRIZES:
The minute I saw these bags and knew what they were about, I knew I had to have some. With everyone being so environmentally conscious these days, just imagine when you go to the grocery store how much plastic you are taking home with you. And what do you do with that plastic once your groceries are in your fridge?
Granted, with as much groceries as I buy, I will need more than a few bags, I think it will be worth it in the end. But there are endless designs!

I know for me personally, I’ve always been the little sickling or aching and hurting in some way. I always have a bottle of aspirin with me, loads of vitamins and allergy pills. My friends always laugh and call me a “pillhead” but I guess now I can be a “pill head” in style with these stylish looking things.
Not to mention “Cool Beans” is a frequent saying of mine, so I know which one I might be buying. [ Kitson - 8 styles, SKU#195536, $24.00 ]
WalletPop gives readers the Top 5 memberships that would be worth your dime.
I looked up some of the local establishments listed below in my area and did some comparison pricing so be sure to checkout my examples
1. Zoos and Aquariums
Cost: $100.00 a year; This is especially nice if you have children because what child honestly gets tired of seeing animals? Most should include perks like free parking, guest passes, free rides and tours. Since most zoos are considered non profit organizations, your season membership should be tax deductible.
About: Going to the zoo is a fun, recreational activity if you have children, but even just one visit to the zoo can put a strain of anyone’s budget. Zoo and aquarium alleviate the costs by almost 50% and it’s a way to keep the kids busy and out of the house for activity and education.
Example: Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, it costs $59 for an Individual pass, for a Zoo Pass it costs $69 (for two adults + child). The membership includes free admission into the zoo plus more than 100 accredited zoos across in the country and in Ohio, free parking, free members magazine and newsletter, special invitation to members only events, 10% discount at the gift shop
If you, your husband and child visit the zoo once, it’s $10 per adult and $7 per child and parking is $5. There’s $32 just to get into the door, not including food to eat for the day and buying souvenirs and rides for the child. Just one visit to the zoo costs almost just as much, if not more for the membership to go more than once.
Smoke and Rowdy the ferrets are driving mommy crazy!
We bought them the playpen to stay in for hours on end to they wouldn’t be cooped up in the cage all day. Since ferrets only have a 3 hour digestive cycle, let’s just say there would be a lot of “leftovers” to clean up after they were done playing in their playpen. We’re talking about the kind of leftovers that a pooper scooper just can’t get all of.
I bought an additional litter pan and used the snaps that came with the litter pan to snap it to the playpen cage. Obviously they thought it was a new luxury bed, because this is what they did with it:

They threw all of the ferret litter out of it, detached it from the playpen cage and used it to sleep in. I tried to clean things up, refill the pan with litter and tie to to the cage again with no avail. They decorated their house the way they wanted.
Needless to say…me and the ferret pooper scooper are great friends now!
What, in your opinion, is the best book that you haven’t liked? Mind you, I don’t mean your most-hated book–oh, no. I mean the most accomplished, skilled, well-written, impressive book that you just simply didn’t like.
Ironically enough, it was War of the Worlds. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the movie, but reading the book was just pure torchure. Then again, I’m more of a visual person, so reading something like War of the Worlds was not my cup of tea from the beginning.
This was also around the time I was in high school. I think 1985 and War of the Worlds were “have to” reads in high school.
There’s a cool promo going on where you can download Nickelback’s1 newest single “Gotta Be Somebody” for FREE, but for a limited time only.
Let’s face it, you can’t beat free music, even if it’s just one song. Its just like those iTunes cards that Starbuck’s used to give me a million of all the time, even though I didn’t like, or wasn’t familiar with the artist, I still downloaded the song because it was FREE and I love music.
“Gotta Be Somebody” is the first single from Nickelback’s new album Dark Horse, in stores 11.18.08 and it sounds awesome thanks to the recommendation of my bestest Suz.
Just go here and fill out the appropriate boxes, you will get an exclusive link to download the MP3 that will expire 24 hours after you request it.
After this, I might have to checkout the rest of their songs that wern’t singles, because the only songs I know of theirs are their singles that have been aired on the radio.
So a few weeks ago I was shopping at Wal-Mart just as they were marking down all their summer things on clearance. I managed to grab more than a few outfits for the boyfriend’s 6 year old daughter for a little under $10 including $1 shorts and $3 shirts. For me and the boyfriend…$1 NASCAR Hats and $5 shirts. (I love NASCAR!)
I love getting good things for cheap. It’s almost like a drug for me sadly enough. Well being a woman, it’s automatically altered in my genes to own hundreds upon hundreds of shoes and purses, so you can imagine the shop-gasm I got when my mother came home from JCPenny Outlet with these cute summer shoes marked down to $1.99:
Not to mention, I went to ANOTHER Wal-Mart near my house (I usually shop at the one by my work) when Hurricane Ike aftermath came through Ohio and knocked out everyone’s electric for a week and found racks upon racks of clearance items including solid colored t-shirts for $3.99 and this awesome little AC/DC shirt for a whopping $1:
So for all you cheap shoppers like me, do you like superstores like Wal-Mart or outlet stores better?
